London and South East Building Control Ltd (LSEBS Ltd) is a new Approved Inspector firm which provides a quality, personalised and efficient building control service to homeowners and developers in London and the South East.

The company was founded in 2019. When our founding directors Iain Butler-Gallie and Tim Parrett joined forces. The team has over 60 years’ industry experience in residential and commercial projects. They are fully qualified, with outstanding local and technical knowledge and experience of the Building Regulations and are known for delivering a first-class personal service.

LSEBS is primarily based in Saltwood Kent, but often operates from its Lenham and London offices.
LSEBS is licensed by the Construction Industry Council to provide an Approved Inspector Service and has the relevant professional indemnity and public liability insurances.
