Start-to-End Building Control Service
We provide building control services from the offset of your project. LSEBS surveyors have the authority to make all decisions on building regulation approvals. We manage all matters for the client, including liaison with all stakeholders, keeping the client abreast of progress at each stage up until the final certificate is issued.
Your Project Plan
Shortly after you appoint LSEBS, you will be sent a bespoke project/service plan for your project.
The plan contains all the necessary contact, timescales, milestones and fee information you will need to ensure your project runs smoothly. Our service has been designed to meet all building regulations to the highest quality.
A Dedicated and Flexible Surveyor
You will be assigned a dedicated surveyor and given their contact information to enable you to easily contact your surveyor directly. We are flexible on appointments for inspections to minimalise delays to your work. We can be on site from as early as 8am till as late as 8pm and carry out weekend inspections if required.
